What is your return policy?

Returns & Order Policy

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer order cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Forgetting to apply a discount code
  • Selecting the wrong item

Sale & Clearance Items

Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Returning Faulty Goods

If you have received a faulty item, we are happy to assist.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, with tags attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

📩 Contact us at hello@archandted.com with:

  • Your order number
  • clear photo of the fault
  • brief description of the issue

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • return shipping label (where applicable)
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@archandted.com.

 

How much does postage cost?

Shipping Rates

  • Regular Shipping: Flat rate $10.95 Australia-wide.
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate $17.95 Australia-wide.
  • FREE shipping automatically applies to orders over $125*.

Do you post outside of Australia?

Currently we only post within Australia, however keep in touch as this may change in the future.

How long does postage usually take?

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Once items are with the carrier, transit times are beyond our control.
  • Postage times vary depending on your location (metro vs. rural).
  • Please allow 4-8 business days (Mon-Fri) for regular shipping.

Express Shipping Estimated Delivery:

Same state: 1-2+ business days

Interstate: 1-3+ business days

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once an order is placed we will send you a confirmation email to say its been processed, and another email once your order has been sent.

In that email we will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep track of your order.

Discount Code Policy

As a small business, we truly appreciate your support! 💛 To ensure fairness, please note:

  • Discount codes cannot be stacked – only one code can be used per order.
  • Discount codes do not apply to already discounted sale items, unless specifically advertised.
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout – if a code is not entered before completing your purchase, we are unable to adjust the order total afterwards. Please double-check before finalising your order.
