Important Info

What is your return policy?

Please choose carefully as we do not offer order cancellations, refunds or exchange for change of mind.

We do not offer order cancellations or alter your order after checkout for any reason, that includes but not limited to - change of mind, fail to apply a code. 

Goods purchased while on sale or clearance are exempt from being returned unless faulty.

However in the unlikely event you have a faulty item please follow the steps below.

Returning Faulty Goods

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@archandted.com 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

How much does postage cost?

We use Australia Post for all of our orders and we charge a flat rate of $10.95 Australia wide.

You will receive FREE shipping automatically on orders over $150* Aus only.

Local Delivery available within a 10km radius of Doreen, Vic 3754, at a cost of $4.95. T&C's apply.

Note Bulky items have individual shipping costs. This information can be found on the product page.

Do you post outside of Australia?

Currently we only post within Australia, however keep in touch as this may change in the future.

How long does postage usually take?

We have a handling time of 1-2 business days.

Postage times vary depending on your location and if you are in metro or rural areas.

We usually say to allow 5-9 business days (that means Mon-Fri)

*please note Aus post do not deliver on weekends.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once an order is placed we will send you a confirmation email to say its been processed, and another email once your order has been sent.

In that email we will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep track of your order.
