Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner. Below are our shipping guidelines:
Shipping Rates
- Regular Shipping: Flat rate $10.95 Australia-wide.
- Express Shipping: Flat rate $17.95 Australia-wide.
- FREE shipping automatically applies to orders over $125*.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Once items are with the carrier, transit times are beyond our control.
- Postage times vary depending on your location (metro vs. rural).
- Please allow 4-8 business days (Mon-Fri) for regular shipping.
- Note: Australia Post does not deliver on weekends.
Express Shipping Estimated Delivery:
- Same state: 1-2+ business days
- Interstate: 1-3+ business days
Peak Periods & Shipping Delays
During busy periods such as Easter, Christmas, major sales events, and public holidays, order processing and delivery times may be longer due to high demand and courier delays. Additionally, there may occasionally be delays in dispatch due to a high volume of orders. While we do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, please allow extra time for delivery during these peak times.
If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout to prioritise your delivery.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within a 13km radius of Doreen, VIC 3754 for a fee of $5.00. A minimum order spend of $50 applies.

Pre-Orders
Consolidated Shipping
Orders containing pre-order products will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item is available. This ensures you receive all your goodies in one exciting package!
Separate Orders for Faster Delivery
If you have additional items you’d like to receive sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. This way, you can get your other favourites without waiting for the pre-order to arrive.
Tracking Your Order
Once an order is placed, you will receive:
Order Confirmation Email – to confirm your purchase.
Shipping Confirmation Email – with a tracking number so you can monitor your order's progress.
Returned Orders & Reshipment
If an order is returned to us due to:
Non-collection (e.g., from a local post office or parcel collection point)
Incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout
The customer will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping the order.
Reshipment Fee: Flat-rate or promotional/free shipping offers do not apply to reshipments. The reshipment fee will be calculated based on standard shipping rates and must be paid before the parcel is dispatched again.

- Once dispatched, the recipient assumes responsibility for the parcel.
