Please choose carefully, as we do not offer order cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Forgetting to apply a discount code
  • Selecting the wrong item

Sale & Clearance Items

Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.


Returning Faulty Goods

If you have received a faulty item, we are happy to assist.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, with tags attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the fault
  • A brief description of the issue

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (where applicable)
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
