The parcel never arrived

Hello Lauren,
I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to address your recent one-star product review regarding the non-delivery of your order.
Upon investigation, I can confirm that your order was dispatched within 24 hours of purchase and successfully delivered on Tuesday, September 19th. According to our records, tracking information was provided, and the delivery notes indicate that the package was left in a safe place.
I have also sent you a direct email and I've attached an image of your tracking details for your reference.
In light of your concerns, it might be beneficial to follow up with AusPost to gain further insights into the matter. However, given that this incident occurred four months ago, I'm uncertain about the level of assistance they can provide at this point. Could you kindly confirm whether you attempted to report the issue to us before posting your review? I couldn't find any records of such communication in our system.
